In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Access to the fufu4d platform and participation in any game, wager, or promotional offer is subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which must be satisfied in full:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. fufu4d operates on a strict adults-only (21+) policy. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and all funds forfeited pending investigation.
• Residency: The Platform is primarily designed for residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally prohibited from gambling under any applicable law are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the fufu4d platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through fufu4d's Responsible Gaming tools or through any external regulatory body.
• Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or associate of fufu4d or any of its affiliated entities, game studios, or payment partners.

To access real-money gaming services on fufu4d, you must complete the account registration process. Registration is free of charge and requires the following:

• A valid, personal email address that you own and regularly access.
• A unique username and a strong password meeting our minimum security requirements.
• Accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and Indonesian city of residence (e.g., Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali).
• Your preferred local bank or e-wallet for deposit and withdrawal purposes (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, all Members must complete KYC verification by submitting:

1. A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, SIM, or valid passport).

fufu4d will endeavor to process KYC submissions within two (2) business days. You agree to promptly provide any additional documentation requested. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via one of fufu4d's approved payment channels. The Platform accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. fufu4d does not charge any deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which fufu4d bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, to prevent money laundering.
• Standard processing times are 5–30 minutes for local bank transfers and 5–15 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals, subject to banking system hours and daily maintenance windows.
• fufu4d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals of active Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.

4.3 Currency. All account balances, wagers, bonuses, and payouts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). fufu4d does not support multi-currency accounts.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. fufu4d complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not permitted and will result in immediate account review and potential suspension.

fufu4d offers various bonuses and promotional programs to eligible Members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins on selected slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian occasions such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, unless a specific promotional offer explicitly states otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Members who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. The exact wagering multiplier is stated in the promotional terms at the time of the offer.

6.1 General Betting Rules. All wagers placed on the fufu4d platform are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet slip before submission.

6.2 Sports Betting. fufu4d offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on major football leagues including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League. All sports betting outcomes are settled based on the official result declared by the respective league or governing body. In the event of a match postponement or abandonment, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the match is replayed within 48 hours.

6.3 Live Casino. All live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) are streamed in real-time from licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. Members will be notified of any such adjustments.

• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account to exploit bonuses or circumvent betting limits.

• Use of Automated Systems: Employing bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the platform.
• Hacking & Unauthorized Access: Attempting to breach platform security, reverse-engineer software, or gain unauthorized access to other Members' accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to transfer funds between parties or to disguise the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity.

fufu4d employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious account activity. Cooperation with such investigations is mandatory.

All content on the fufu4d platform, including but not limited to the fufu4d logo, trademarks, software, graphical user interface, text, images, and game assets provided by our studio partners (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the fufu4d platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Loss of funds due to betting outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and carry risk.
• Technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or interruptions in service.
• Errors or delays in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided by other Members or third-party sources.

The fufu4d platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that you are solely responsible for your own decisions.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11.1 Termination by Member. You may close your fufu4d account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining cash balance (excluding active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within seven (7) business days, subject to successful KYC verification.

11.2 Termination by fufu4d. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are found to have engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• You fail to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• We are required to do so by law or by order of a regulatory authority.
• Your account has been inactive (no login or wager) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

In the event of termination for breach, fufu4d reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including funds derived from fraudulent or abusive activity.

11.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that remain inactive for more than 24 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50.000, deducted from the remaining balance until the account is reactivated or the balance is depleted.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fufu4d is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Platform is licensed and regulated internationally and serves the Indonesia market under applicable international gaming regulations.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the fufu4d platform shall be resolved as follows:

1. Internal Complaint: You must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. We will endeavor to respond to all complaints within 48 hours and resolve substantive disputes within 14 days.
2. Mediation: If the matter cannot be resolved internally, you agree to participate in good-faith mediation before pursuing formal legal action.
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, with the arbitration to be conducted in English.

You agree that any legal action or arbitration arising out of these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arises; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

fufu4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to all registered Members and will also be posted prominently on the platform homepage.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
